Why Water Conditioning Matters More Here
Water in the Phoenix metro is hard — heavily mineralized, and everybody who lives here already knows it. You see it as white scale on faucets and shower doors, spots on glassware that no amount of rinsing removes, soap that will not lather, and laundry that comes out stiff. What you do not see is the same mineral building up inside your water heater, inside your pipes and inside every appliance that uses water. That is the expensive part. A water heater on untreated Valley water works harder and fails sooner, and so do dishwashers and washing machines.
Softener or Conditioner?
A traditional softener uses salt and an ion exchange process to actually remove the calcium and magnesium that make water hard. It is the most effective option and it is what most Valley homes end up with. Salt-free conditioning systems do not remove minerals — they alter them so they are less likely to form scale. They need less maintenance and no salt, but they do not deliver the slick, fully softened water some people are after. Which one suits you depends on what is bothering you about your water and how much maintenance you want to take on. We will walk you through it rather than steering you to whichever one has the better margin.
We Do Not Push a Particular Brand
There are a lot of water treatment companies in this valley whose entire business is selling one manufacturer's equipment at a high markup, often on a long financing agreement. That is not what we do. We have installed and serviced plenty of different systems over the years, we do not have a brand we are contractually pushing, and we will fit what makes sense for your home and budget. If you already have a system that is working and just needs service, we will service it.

Call or send the form and tell us what you are seeing — scale, spotting, dry skin, an old system that has stopped working. Estimates are free. If we need to come out and look at your setup, our service call is $145. We work Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm. Doug Adair has run this company since 1978, and he still goes out on jobs himself. You get a straight assessment of what your home actually needs — not a list of extras someone was trained to sell you.

Is the water in Mesa really that hard?

What is the difference between a water softener and a water conditioner?
